You will receive immediate assistance by telephone, you will get a replacement product, or we will come to your location as quickly as possible.

Service

Our products are tested extensively on functionality before delivery. If more than 10 devices are rented, we send a free device along to prevent problems in case of an interruption or malfunction. We deliver to any desired location. Moreover, we deliver your order one day earlier free of charge, so you have enough time to prepare. We will also pick up your order a day later, also free of charge. We install and de-install on location if desired.

Support

Moreover, we guarantee remote assistance. In case of technical questions or assistance, you can contact us right away. We will make sure you speak to the right specialist to help you. If desired, we can also provide on-site support. We can be present during your event and take care of the technical side of things to take all pressure off you.
